This is a hand-made natural product therefore the length or finish may vary slightly from one pair to the next.
Normal oxidation from air will occur on natural products. This can be minimised by storing in a dry location, preferably in a cloth bag or jewellery box, and separately from other jewellery to prevent scratching. Store away from heat sources, direct sunlight or in vehicles. We recommend you protect jewellery from moisture and don't wear jewellery while bathing or showering. Body products, make-up and hair spray can contain chemicals which may damage your jewellery so it is best to apply them before adding jewellery to minimise damage.
Avoid hard knocks, heavy pressure and take care not to bend jewellery. Clean with a soft cloth, or silver cleaning cloth for sterling silver items. Do not submerge in water.

As a small business we appreciate your support and understanding that we offer exchanges via credit note only, no refunds unless the item is faulty. Customised and sale items are considered final sale.
Bird of Prey Jewellery will accept items for exchange, on anything you are not happy with when returned, postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date, in new and unworn condition and in the original packaging.
Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal value within 30 days of purchase. We will endeavour to return the exchange to you within two weeks of receipt.
In extenuating circumstances and on an individual basis we reserve the right not to accept the return. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and the return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Bird of Prey Jewellery is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit or any shipping fees. Please make sure all packages have a tracking number to ensure safe delivery of your return.
